Returns

FRSA (Fire Rescue Safety Australia) endeavours to ensures that all items are shipped to you in perfect condition.

FRSA (Fire Rescue Safety Australia) will accept stock returns; however reserve the right to charge restocking fees and other freight charges. In ALL instances of stock to be returned, or for claims of damaged or incorrectly invoiced goods, the customer must contact FRSA Customer Service within 7 days of receiving goods or invoice, and must receive from FRSA (Fire Rescue Safety Australia), a Credit Returns Authorisation (CRA) number. It will be confirmed with the customer at the receipt of the CRA, as to whether further charges will be applied. Please be aware that NO claims will be processed without a CRA number.

You can return any items, however, they must be returned in original packaging in a re-sellable brand new condition with all instructions, accessories and warranty cards.  
Any visible marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be given.
FRSA is unable to re-reimburse for shipping costs. If an item has to be re-shipped you may incur a re-shipping cost.
